General conditions for industrial transport service
Redcentreadventureride provides heavy logistics and industrial machinery transport services for the mining and oil sectors in Argentina. Each operation is governed by a specific contract detailing routes, loads, deadlines, and safety conditions.
The client must provide truthful information about the weight, dimensions, and condition of the cargo, as well as guarantee access permits to the operation areas. Any omission or incorrect data may result in the suspension of the service without the right to claim.
Redcentreadventureride is not responsible for damages arising from extreme weather conditions, unforeseen roadblocks, labor disputes, or government decisions affecting traffic. It is also not liable for hidden defects in the cargo that were not declared in writing at the time of contracting.
The company reserves the right to reject loads that exceed the technical capacity of its equipment or that pose a risk to personnel safety. Likewise, it may modify routes for operational reasons, notifying the client at least 48 hours in advance.
These terms may be updated without prior notice. The current version is published on this site and governs all operations initiated after its publication. Continued use of the service implies acceptance of the changes.
